Because spices are edible food products, we cannot accept returns of unsealed pouches for hygienic reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, or does not meet our purity benchmarks, we provide a 100% immediate replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Simply email support@villaspice.com or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 with your Order Tracking Number and a quick photo of the package. Our team will process your replacement within 24 hours.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse dispatch. Once an order is dispatched and handed over to courier partners, cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI / Card / Bank) within 3–5 business days.
